Rishikesh Chitrakala MahaVidyalaya has been started in the year 1998 keeping in mind the welfare of students across Konkan Region of Maharashtra.
The objectives are to encourage Art and Creation and also to provide the students high standard of education, considering the Cultural and Education Factors of Society with Higher Education in Art.
